Kousa Dogwood

It’s become kind of a tradition here on the Allen Ginsberg Project, each year, every year, around the time of his birth (June 3rd)  –  the kousa dogwood tree (planted in his memory in the churchyard of St Mark’s, back in 1999, where tomorrow he will be feted with a joyous and uplifting Centennial celebration)

  1. Ginsberg’s declaration of the end of the (Vietnam) war was unfortunate as the poem by Julia Vinograd that you have previously featured here so poignantly demonstrates,
