Alice Notley/ Dorothy Day

Alice Notley, who passed away, on May 19 of this year, would have been 80 years old today.

We celebrate and remember her today

About 20 poets, from Tucson and afar, will be reading from her work, tonight at 7pm, at the Steinfeld Warehouse Art Gallery, (101 West Sixth Street in downtown Tucson).

and on Wednesday November 19 at The Poetry Project, New York, there will be a further reading, At Night The States  That reading will be broadcast live via You Tube – here
