Queer – the movie – News reaches us that Mubi, the organizers have gone ahead and scrapped an entire festival that it had planned in Turkey after local authorities put a ban on a screening of the film. Burroughs and censorship – hardly a new story – See here
Countdown to the opening of the movie in the US – The film opens in selected cinemas next Wednesday.
