Ginsberg and Burroughs and Buckminster Fuller

[Buckminster Fuller (1895-1983)]

Via the invaluable You Tube, a recently-uploaded audio from the Feb 9, 1976 WTOP broadcast – “Nine In The Morning” –  Erudite breakfast television!  [2018 – regrettably, no longer available] – Allen and Burroughs join futurist and visionary R Buckminster Fuller as the guests featured in a lively thirty-minute discussion on a topic that they fairly quickly get to dispense with – “Thoughts on the American Dream”. A free-ranging discussion. Everybody gets to have their say. Allen gets to read , and concludes, chanting an “AH” mantra against “the claustrophobic capitalist universe”.
