Allen Ginsberg – Presspop’s Beat Poet Figurine (limited edition) is in stores this month

Truly, a collector’s item – Presspop’s Ginsberg Figurine  is just about ready now. Limited edition (1000 pieces) – available only in Japan – retail price: 4,500 yen

As you’ll see from the box display above, the doll, designed by “Sof’Boy” creator, Sea and Cake’s Archer Prewitt  (and sculpted by Presspop artist, Kei Hinotani) comes with an unassembled Uncle Sam hat, and a choice of Plutonian Ode, Collected Poems, Howl & Other Poems, or Kaddish and Other Poems that you can put in his hand. Also included is a c-d mini-sampler with five poems (“Bricklayer’s Lunch Hour”,”.On Burroughs’ Work”, “Wales Visitation”,”Manhattan May Day Midnight”, and “After the Big Parade”)  and one song (“, all unreleased.
